VIMAL group was founded without any divulging or pathos, everything was very decently even in some kind of indigency on the motherland of the founders - Drozdivka vilarge, Ukraine. As always everything has started from an idea, idea of the father and founder of VIMAL group - VIKTOR LAZAR. In 1992 he has founded the first private company in Kulykivka region, and it was VIMAL PPCE. The name VIMAL as itself is an abbreviation of the people who were Lazar brothers and made a great contribution into the company's formation and development. VIMAL - Viktor and Mykola Anatoliy Lazars.
Our first operating profit was earned by trading and export-import operations in the area of industrial machinery and constructional equipment. At the very beginning we had minimal stuff and has only just begun our formation. The main operational markets were post-soviet countries like Belarus, Lithuania, Russia, and Kazakhstan. And right at that very moment VIMAL has got its first and permanent slogan which has transformed into a philosophy - "It is better to lose money than your reputation!"
After the first earning the first capital and during the hyperinflations period in Ukraine the founder has decided to invest accumulated funds into production. That is how the first private potato starch factory has been born. Now this "child" is the biggest factory in Ukraine and the only exporter of starch who operates on EU, Asian, African, American markets with professional stuff who has longstanding experience and modern equipment. Nowadays VIMAL is known like a reliable and responsible partner in more than 30 countries of the world.
In early 2004 a high demand of high quality raw material for the starch has aroused. All the modern and workable technologies of growing were unavailable at that time. That is how VIMAL's subsidiary company VIMAL-AGRO has aroused. The strategic goal of this company was a growing of unique and high quality types of potatoes with a high amount of starch for the further processing. VIMAL-AGRO has started with a 3 people and 75 hectares of land, now this company has 2500 hectares of land and more than 100 employees. This is one of the biggest agricultural companies in region.
With a day by day expanding we have always invested our capitals into development and future. That is why building team with a 20 people have inlarged into independent company. 2008 - the year of VIMAL-SPETSBUD company foundation.
The company can be characterized as the one with a permanent and stable business development model and can freely boast with having all kind of licenses and certificates for the dangerous construction operations, steel workshops, metal-working machinery, paint-shops, design-engineering bureau and the most important - long term experience. VIMAL-SPESTBUD is 80 professionals who can design and produce everything starting from door-handle and up to industrial machinery.
