30 YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT
On September 17 of this year, the Private Multi-Profile Enterprise "VIMAL" turns 30 years old.
The address of the founder of the VIMAL group of companies Viktor Lazar on the occasion of the company's 30th anniversary:
"The company, which was created in 1992, is almost the same age as the independence of Ukraine. During the period of our history, I do not remember that it was easy for us.
But despite our Ukrainian realities, we always tried to achieve maximum development in our industry. We have always invested our earned resources and our human efforts in the development of the enterprise. I do not have and never had luxury yachts or an island, but I have the largest and most modern processing plant in Eastern Europe and I pay more than 20 million in taxes every year.
During this period, the company grew into a group consisting of "VIMAL" (KARTOPLEPROCESSING ENTERPRISE), which is currently the largest enterprise in Eastern Europe for the processing of potatoes into starch and starch products. The company was also included in the top ten global companies in the industry.
PE "VIMAL-AGRO" is a purely agricultural enterprise, and Construction and machine-building enterprise " VIMALSPETSBUD".
In fact, at the beginning of its activity, the enterprise employed three employees, today the "VIMAL" group of enterprises employs almost three hundred employees.
Over the years, the enterprise has paid more than one hundred million hryvnias in taxes to the budgets of various levels, only one out of three enterprises pays more than 15 million hryvnias in taxes every year.
Our most important achievement is the completion of the first phase of our investment project for the construction of the most modern and largest potato and starch plant in Eastern Europe. The starch plant was put into operation in 2018. The next stage is in-depth processing - factories for the production of potato protein, ecological organic fertilizers, and potato fibers. Although we currently successfully use water recycling and take care of saving resources and the environment, the completion of the investment project will make our production 100% waste-free.
Also, we never stood aside from the processes taking place in our country.
Today, 17 of our best employees, led by the director, defend our sovereignty in the fight against the Russian invaders. I do not like and will not flaunt how much and how we helped our country and the army in a difficult time for it, so I can personally tell anyone who is interested.
After the elimination of the consequences of hostilities, the company continues to work, supporting the economic stability of Ukraine, and even in a state of war, we export our products to almost 20 countries of the world, attracting critically needed currency resources, providing jobs and paying taxes.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our main achievement for these 30 years - these are our employees, these are people. I thank each employee for their inspired work and dedication to our work! I really appreciate it!
